Harmony Day Competitions

Moving Forward Together (MFT) proudly presents our annual Harmony Day Competition. The event, first held as a Poster Competition in 2005, expanded in recent years to include a Songwriting Competition (since 2011). In 2024, we also launched our first ever Short Film Competition, with incredible results. Our competitions are open to students around the country, with age group categories in each event, and exciting prizes to be won. The aim of these competitions is to encourage school students to consider themes relating to harmony, and express their ideas in creative ways. Successful entrants are invited to a prizegiving ceremony to celebrate their achievement, hosted at NSW Parliament House.
